Senior Vice President for Policy and Executive Director,National Urban League Policy InstituteChanelle Hardy is the National Urban League Senior Vice President for Policy and Executive Director of the National Urban League Policy Institute, with primary responsibility for developing the League’s policy, research and advocacy agenda and expanding its impact and influence inside the beltway.

Michael Miller is Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for Strategy, Innovation and Technology for the National Urban League. His responsibilities include leading innovative technical initiatives, enhancing the technology infrastructure, information management, facilities management, and the developing of the Social Mobilization Platform. -
Senior Vice President, Affiliate ServicesHerman Lessard has been appointed to Senior Vice President of Affiliate Services for the National Urban League. He will be responsible for leading the “Hub of the Wheel” for the affiliate network inclusive of all constituent auxiliary groups.
